💄 Key Contributions

  • Developed using the Flutter framework and the MVVM architecture with GetX as the state management solution.

  • Conducted the entire development process independently using the waterfall method, from design to testing with sales personnel.

  • Created UI designs that represent the real needs in the field and provide solutions to the problems encountered.

  • Implemented the Google Maps API to retrieve the user’s current location, display splitters, search for customer addresses, draw routes, and calculate distances.

✨ Outcome

  • UAT results show that the customer management application performed very well, with scores of 95% for functional suitability, 93.33% for performance efficiency, and 10% for usability, resulting in an overall score of 96.11% and confirming that the application is suitable for use.

  • Performance testing indicates that the manual method takes an average of 140.78 seconds, while the application requires only 55.56 seconds, demonstrating that the application is significantly more efficient in supporting field sales operations.

  • Received positive and satisfying feedback from the technical mentor with very few bugs found.
