💄 Key Contributions

  • Served as the lead of the mobile team, managing internal team tasks such as feature allocation, workload estimation, task weighting, cross-team communication, as well as acting as the internal reviewer and tester.

  • Determined the tech stack, architecture, and patterns used throughout the project.

  • Integrated Google Maps API to retrieve customers’ real-time locations, perform reverse geocoding (latitude and longitude to address), display ODP and customer locations, and draw route paths to provide route estimations.

  • Integrated additional tools such as Shorebird for over-the-air updates and Lefthook to support development and ensure workflow consistency.

  • Integrated Firebase Crashlytics to gather reports on bugs, crashes, and device-related issues, helping with effective error logging and troubleshooting.

✨ Outcome

UAT results indicate that 45 out of 46 test cases were successfully passed, resulting in an overall success rate of approximately 97.8%.
